Our Story
Established in 2018, D & L Education Consultancy has assisted over 1,000+ applicants - no matter they are current students or those who left campus for many years - to pursue their targeted degree in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Considering the fact that lots of consultancy provided services with unreasonable prices and fake information, D & L was founded by a group of experts who has a professional career in other fields and is experienced in tertiary education and HRM. Our vision is to provide authentic information to help people achieve their dreams and advance our society.

Our experts are based in Hong Kong, with some of them are currently working in the U.S., the U.K., Australia and mainland China. Consultation on career planning and migration are also welcome.
Our Team
Mr. Fung obtained his Bachelor of Arts (History, Politics & Public Administration) and Master of International and Public Affairs at The University of Hong Kong.
After graduation, he remained at HKU and had worked in both research and administrative role as Manager, which enriched his experience in admission and HRM. Later,served at a government secondary school to be subject panel. Currently, he is working as a deputy research officer in responsible for economic policy.
Apart from Cantonese, English and Madarin, he also speaks Russian and some German.

John WONG
Mr. Wong obtained his Bachelor degree at The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Master of International and Public Affairs at The University of Hong Kong.
With his outgoing characters and sensibility in figures, John has working in the banking and financial industries for many years. John is experienced in coaching people who in needs in job searching and provides guidance in polishing their resume.
Currently, he is Vice-President at J.P. Morgan.
